1) Acceptance of Terms
By using the platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2) Definition of Service
Ehtraaf is an information and mediation service platform:
- Displays users' professional information and files
- Facilitates communication and management of job requests
- Provides tools for matching, verification, and enhancing service delivery opportunities
Ehtraaf is not a contracting party in the execution of fieldwork between users and does not guarantee quality or results of execution as this is the responsibility of the contracting parties.
Exception: If the platform provides a specific service for a fee, explicitly stated within the service/contract page, the special terms for that service apply.
3) Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering into obligations and must provide accurate data.
4) Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login data.
You agree that all activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.
Your profile data (personal/professional/entity) must be accurate and up-to-date.
5) Verification and Documents
Some accounts may require document submission for verification.
You agree to provide accurate information and understand that the platform may delay or restrict certain features until verification is completed.
6) Uploaded Content and Disclaimer
You are responsible for the content you upload (images/documents/profiles/CVs).
Content that is illegal or infringes on the rights of others may not be uploaded.
We may remove content or suspend accounts if we suspect violations.
7) Requests and Communication Between Users
The platform facilitates communication but is not responsible for:
- A party refusing a request
- Delays or failures in service execution
- Disputes between parties
Disputes will be handled according to the procedures specified within the platform, as permitted by law.
8) Fees and Payment via Third Party
There may be subscription/service fees within the platform (if applicable).
Payments are processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Vodafone Cash / InstaPay).
Ehtraaf is not responsible for the procedures/policies of the external payment provider.
9) Permitted and Prohibited Use
The platform may not be used for:
- Fraud or impersonation
- Sending misleading or harassing messages
- Circumventing platform mechanisms
- Violating any rights of others or breaking the law
10) Intellectual Property
The platform, software, trademarks, user interfaces, copyrights, and designs are owned by Ehtraaf or its licensors. Copying, circumventing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the availability of the platform without interruption
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content from other parties
- We are not liable for indirect losses/lost profits/indirect damages
12) Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend/terminate accounts when:
- Terms are violated
- Misuse occurs
- Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected
- Or upon legal request
13) Privacy
Data processing is subject to the platform's privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
14) Termination of Use and Consequences of Termination
You can terminate your use by removing/disabling your account according to platform procedures. We may retain certain data for technical/legal reasons as per our retention policy.
15) Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Egypt)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Jurisdiction may be determined by the courts of: [Cairo/Province/City Name] as chosen by Ehtraaf.
