 Ehtraaf provides a platform for information services and mediation connecting companies/engineers with workers/craftsmen/subcontractors/craftsmen to manage job opportunities and requests and facilitate communication regarding them.

 We may collect device location data (GPS) for the purposes of managing requests, matching, and determining distance/proximity when needed—provided that you consent to the permissions within the application.

 - Images/documents uploaded by the user for verification or to complete the profile (e.g., ID card, professional certificates, establishment documents… as required by account type)

 The platform typically does not collect payment card/account data itself. Payments are processed via a third-party provider (e.g., Vodafone Cash / InstaPay or another payment gateway), and third parties retain and process payment data according to their policies.




3. How We Use Your Data  


 We use the data for purposes such as:  


 - Providing platform services: account creation, file management, matching, order management.  


 - Mediation and communication: facilitating information exchange between parties to complete requests.  


 - Verification and fraud prevention: verifying accounts and documents and preventing misuse.

 - Site and service management: using GPS when necessary to show proximity/location.  


 - Compliance and enforcement: responding to legal obligations when applicable.

 Upon user request to delete their data: we will delete/restrict data as determined by platform procedures, unless retention is required by law or to resolve ongoing disputes.  


 If certain data is technically required for security or compliance purposes, we may retain it for an additional period, with restricted access.
